I was thoroughly surprised with the courtesy and detailed service provided that day on my BMW X5. I was able to meet the BMW service director who explained what was needed on my X5 at the time. When I left they pulled up my shiny X5 after a brief Car Wash. Thanks very much to Moss Motors! And Thank you to Samantha my Service Technician she's awesome!
Excellent service. Went above and beyond to assist me when I towed my car in very late in the evening. Tech took my keys 15 min. before closing and diag my car and found the issue. Picked up my car the next business day. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend!!

The service personnel quickly booked me into their system, and with 15 minutes I was finished and getting ready to leave. Impeccable service and friendly people are a trait with the Moss BMW people.
