Overall it's tough to trust car repair people but they haven't steered me wrong yet
I am very disappointed in this dealership. We purchased a pre-owned van which was greatly overpriced by them. Even though the vehicle was under the 36,000mile/3year warranty, they sent the vehicle home with many things left not fixed, but claimed the vehicle was "inspected". They also sneaked in charges for VIN Etching and "Resist All"--scams!! They cannot even tell me where the "Resist All" was applied. Be very, very careful and prudent with this dealership. We feel very taken advantaged of....
They also do a rewards program which I've found to be kinda cool. Everytime you get service you get a few extra bucks added to y our account. I had around 50 bucks at one point to go towards an oil change or anything else.
Always fast clean and efficient when they work on my vehicles.
since they are nagging me for a review here you go. Overall for the past 2 or so years I've had a positive experience. I fixed a few things on my Mustang and so far they've been upfront and honest about the issues and what they were going to repair. There is 100$ diagnostic fee if you're not sure what's wrong which goes towards the final price of repairs. Pretty solid.
