He was very attentive, and wrote down what service I wanted, and noted on the work order, the one special request, I had made (35lbs of air in my 22' tires).
The first time I made my appointment I made sure to have a rental in place as I have 3 children and no other vehicle with my wife working and they said that i would have one. They called the day before to confirm but told me there was no rental available. So i had to reschedule for two more weeks and made sure to ask for something similar in size to what ours is (large suv) as i have three children and two being in car seats. I was told being early In the morning and on a Wednesday It would be first come first serve. I got there when the doors opened and was put in a car smaller than my wife’s previous vehicle which is the reason we upgraded. All while watching other people get into much bigger rentals and only having one child. I had no room to put all three children. Now i had to go pick up another vehicle from a family member just to fit my children to get around in. When I asked if there was something bigger the young man told me I’d have to talk to his boss which we did. And his boss never once looked up or looked at me and simply said that’s all we have. And that was it. No apology, no trying to make it right, nothing. Fine, I take the hot wheels and go about the rest of my day. They call and say the car is ready that afternoon. I go to pick it up around five and don’t leave there until right after 6:00. The service advisor that was “assigned to me” was no where to be found with about five others standing outside of their office doing nothing. So he finally comes back and gets me checked out and I get in my vehicle and go about my business. Then notice the drivers door doesn’t close well now (we had driver door seal replaced). I look at it and it’s not on all the way causing the door to not close completely. Needless to say I now have to bring it back to have them put it on correctly. Not to mention that when we bought the vehicle I asked them to change the seal because I can clearly see the damage and they refused and said it wouldn’t be a problem not to worry. (I wasn’t going to let a door seal get in the way of the deal). Needless to say, we had to end up paying A LOT to replace it not even a month later due to it raining in our vehicle. First dealings with this dealership. Not completely impressed so far.
I really dread the car buying process. I hate feeling pressured and hassled when looking for the perfect vehicle. I had a 2015 GMC Acadia and was ready for something new. Just to make sure that I was getting just the car that I wanted, I started looking at ALL crossovers. Lexus, Audi, Volvo, Jeep, and Land Rover. Nothing compared to my beloved Acadia, not to mention, some of the salesmen had me annoyed and running for the hills. I saved the new Acadias for last because I was pretty sure that’s what I would end up choosing. Sure enough, I test drove a few and I was right. That day my husband and I only planned on browsing and not making a purchase. Keith was completely understanding and never pressured us, yet was very knowledgeable and helpful. Last Wednesday we decided to go back and check out the deals. We went straight to Keith as he made us feel so relaxed about the experience on our first visit. This time was no different. They gave us the deal of a lifetime on the Acadia that I wanted and for the trade-in on my old one. Keith made everything smooth for us and I absolutely love my new Acadia. My husband and I are repeat customers and I would recommend this dealership to anyone that I know. Thanks so much!!!
The cashier explained to me about filling out a rebate coupon from Castol, which could be used on my next visit, then took the finished application and envelope to mail for me.
As I pulled into the service lane, I was greeted by a service writer immediately.
My salesman Marlon Winbush was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I found him to be very trustworthy and would definitely buy from him again. We ran into some issues with my trade in and the General Manager Court Williams had to be brought in. He was AWESOME! I am very grateful for all Court did to help finalize my trade and new purchase. I have nothing but good to say about my experience at Courtesy, Marlon and Court. Thank you guys!
He asked if I wanted my tires rotated and vehicle washed. (I did, but I had forgotten to mention it)
I waited in the very clean waiting area for less than an hour, and the service writer came for me as the work was done, and he escorted me to the cashier
