One of my favorite things they do is wash my car every time it's serviced. They even get inside the wheel spokes and remove any brake dust.
Moss Motors as a whole is awesome. As a single woman who travels extensively for my job, convenience means everything to travelers. I had my Benz stop on me and within 2 hours the tow truck arrived and my day at the spa began at Moss Motors when Chad called me in a very short period of time informing me the repair needed on my vehicle , his follow up process super exceeded my expectations and the pick up was quick and easy. I had a really good experience with the service department. Management needs some help big time. I was home on leave from the military and I was having some car issues. The entire service department took care of my car last minute with no problems. Overall I’m satisfied with the service I received.

I've been a loyal customer to Moss Motors for over a decade and I have no intentions of ever purchasing from anywhere else. When purchasing a Mercedes Benz you expect a certain level of Customer Service and professionalism and their Service Deparment has always exceeded my expectations. It's no exaggeration when I say their Service Department is what keeps me coming back, considering how short the sales process is. I always feel like I'm valued as a customer and I'm more than a number. I never have transportation problems because a clean loaner is always available and not to mention they go as far catering to my specific needs due to my busy schedule. All my questions are always answered and they even go the extra mile to ensure I'm informed with my vehicle's maintenance needs. I can recall a situation about six months ago when the Service Manager actually went out on a test drive with me and explained the specific problem, cause, and solution to fix my vehicle in language I could understand. I can't express how valuable this experience was for me. Like I said earlier, I do not see myself purchasing a vehicle for anywhere else.
