We got a call and an email from Hampton Toyota saying their inventory was low so they were having a "Buy Back Program". It turned out to be sales gimmick where they offer you nothing for your vehicle then put the hard sell on you to buy something new. The salesperson was very rude and pushy. When we told her that we didn't want to buy anything today, we just wanted to sell our car like the email stated, she laughed to our face and said that people say that to her every day. When they did make an offer it was a low ball offer and we realized it was just a sales gimmick and the same oily used car dealer schtick as always. If you're looking for integrity, go somewhere else.
