Waiter was nice but waited forever to get order that was not up to par.
Restaurant was comfortable. Good music playing. Wait staff was just hanging around... appeared lazy. Our server had to be reminded out our margarita that was sitting on the bar waiting to be brought to us. The portions were very small.
Even with advanced notice, Posadaos was incapable of handling a group of people for a party. Completely disorganized and lack of waitstaff.
Me and my wife always come here when we eat out for date night. Most of the time I would give a much higher rating but I feel tonight they fell short of our expectations. Firstly the greeter was slow to greet us and wasn't at her station. We sit down and looked at the menu, we were ready to order within 10mins and the server didn't come to our table until about 20 mins later to take our drink orders. She was rude and did not apologize for being slow. We ordered our drinks and then she didn't come back until about another 10 mins later to take our orders. Finally when she did the timing of the food was slower than usual, and the food didn't taste right. She finally started being polite but the damage was already done. First impressions to me are most important and she failed at that. Managers were out and about but wasn't asking tables how things were, and acted like we didn't exist. Definitely not a good team, but are still willing to come back again over here and give them another try, because in the past service was much better.
The food is great. Service is amazing and food comes out in a timely manner.
