The food is delicious. However the prices are insane. Yesterday i went to eat here. When i approached the line a lady handing out samples handed me a flyer for a great deal. The flyer states if you buy 2 COMBOS, you recieve a free childs meal. I'm thinking wow thats a great deal and 5 dollars of savings. I approach the counter with the flyer. I order two combos with the free kids meal. The cashier informed me she would have to charge me for each individual item within each combo instead of giving me the combo price or she could give me two dollars off....what? The kids meal itself is a 4.99 value. So to make a long story short(ish), the total would have been 27.00 and some change for 6 individually priced items (philly cheese steak, fries, and a drink) that were supposed to be two combos with those combo prices and instead they were actually charging you way more. Might as well have bought the childs meal. When i explained this to the cashier, she said she understood but she was just doing what her manager told her to do. She seemed very unenthusiastic and generally unhelpful about the whole situation. I left without the food. And went to the chinese restaraunt a few places nearby and got 3 meals for 25 dollars. Tell me how that makes any sense. It doesnt. And thats false advertisment and ludicrous pricing for sandwhiches.

Great food and exceptionally friendly staff. Best Philly in town.
