Business lunch for 3- arrived around 12:40 and though the parking was nearly full we were seated right away. Hush puppies, charbroiled oysters for appetizers were wonderful! Try the seafood gumbo and shrimp and grits. Service was fast and friendly. Put the oysters on your must eat list!
Had an outstanding waitress in Mary! She took great care of us. Food and Cocktails were all Outstanding. Have been going here for many, many years. Always Outstanding
It was very good! I got the crab platter and it was worth every cent. The crab gumbo (pictured) was delicious but the spinach and crab dip and jacked up crab were even better. Everything that was fried was crispy and not oily like some place can be. If you like seafood you will love this place!
Every time I am in town I make sure and stop by Don's Seafood. The food is always great and the staff is top notch. Mondays are half priced oysters anyway u want them. I also am a very fond of the old-fashioneds. Be sure to add a side of hushpuppies you won't be disappointed.
The service was quick, it helped that we were there early afternoon. The server was very helpful to us being new to the area visiting. The charred oysters were good, sit in sight of the bar and you'll be able to see the oysters charred and shucked. The alligator bites were great with the dipping sauce too.
