Bad customer service. Food tasted as if it was under a lamp for hours. Will not go back to this location.
Why does Rally's/checkers seem to have the most unenthusiastic and careless fast food employees I've ever dealt with?
Worst experience! Never coming back! We went to check if food was ready because they messed up our order but the lady was very rude. We didn't even say nothing and was waiting on the line and she started screaming at us. Extremely bad customer service. But another lady who was doing both drive thru was very nice. Still never going back to this place again.
The food is okay when prepared correctly but the service is absolute crap.
My son loves their fries :)
