I’m giving 3 because it’s xmas eve. But it should be 1.
Our dinner started out like any other drinks and then I took a sip. I had a massive heart attack in 2016 and the medication I am on you cannot have anything with grapefruit in it. When our waiter came back over I felt like a idiot cause I had read the ingredients in the drink and that was not one of them. I later learned his name was Will Buck a native New Orleanian just as myself. Will was beyond understand even concerned and immediatley checked with the bar. I was good but he was so beyond kind. We ordered and the food came out amazingly quick. It was truly a magnificiant meal. Will was so gracious and attentive I do not remember ever going anywhere and feeling so comfortably welcomed by a server. Whoever invented Cousecous mac and cheese was a genius. The golden beets the feta an balsomic vinegar combined with the beets was a blended masterpiece. Will Buck truly made the night his personality and knowledge about the food he was serving showed how much his job meant to him and I will be sure to call before we come back to make sure he is working. He should give lessons on waiting tables. Our drinks were never empty and the meal flowed as one should not rushed food arriving at the perfect time after the appetizer. Enjoyed it can't wait to go back with my friends and family.
Do not order Root Beer Ribs! Came out looking nothing like what was pictured. Flavor tasted as if they were cooked day before and sat in oven...with few streams of sauce poured over. No char...no smoke...most disappointing ribs I've had in a long time.
For a new location...in a good area...with lots of potential, they definitely would want to work on their service and take more pride in their food preparation.
The food was half ass. The tuna on my salad was just nasty frozen tuna, the shrimp tacos had no sauce. My children 4-6 was running around. They can’t sit still that long.
Friendly staff, Great Service and an amazing draft selection, can't go wrong!
Service is super slow. Sat for an hour before getting drink order. 90 minutes into the visit and the food showed up. 2nd drink order was placed immediately, it showed up 60 minutes after. I checked the bar tender. He is on point. Must be the new holiday wait staff.
Sat at bar. Counters not clean. Service okay.
Slaw on side drenched in sauce...good flavor combination...way too much sauce.
Service was slow. The food overall was bland and not worth the cost. The menu was jumbled and hard to understand with the same menu items showing up on numerous pages. My boyfriend had to wait for 45 minutes for a water, which the waiter had to be reminded to bring him. The windows were not covered and we were faced towards them and literally had so much trouble seeing because we were blinded by the light. Overall not pleased with our experience. Will not be going again. If I could rate no stars I would.
