When I called the person on the phone did not seem to want to be bothered. I needed some service for my Benz. I needed service "A" done and Headlights realigned. After being on hold for about 7 minutes, someone picked up and said call me back in 25 minutes. I called Wedge and got an appointment. I am not saying Ricks is a bad shop but if my first interaction with them is like this, I am not sure I want to take a chance on such questionable service just over the phone.
