Ross Tire and Service, in my opinion, is the only place to go to have my car serviced. The people are courteous, the work is impeccable, and I know I am being treated honestly. I am especially glad to know that the mechanics are licensed to do warranty work on vehicles, eliminating the need to return to the dealership for work. I recommend Ross Tire and Service wholeheartedly.
Ross is known to be the best in town for the care and maintenance of many types of vehicles both foreign and domestic. Their professional mechanics have the know-how to handle jobs with expediency and ease of service. I will only use Ross for service because they treat their customers with great concern and attention to detail and a fair price.
Nice staff/mechanics. Not the fatest but quality service that's worth waiting for and the oldies music makes it enjoyable along with the decoration of course.
Nice owners. Usually pleasant to deal with. Not usually a quick turn around, even just for an oil change. But they rotate tires for free with an oil change. The service is worth the wait though.
One thing you shouldn't do tell someone who has a flat in the cold when you dont know where they are that by the time you get here i wont have time to help you. Especially when you close at 6pm and it was 5:05 and i was not even 15mins away from you. Shows lack of customer service and willingness to assist. Horrible customer ! Does not seem like this place has ppl that want to work. Will never get my business. Should close down if you dont want to service ppl.
My vehicle is a Lexus which had engine issues but now is running smoothly. Ross saves an burdensome trip to the dealership in Baton Rouge for routine maintenance or mechanical issues. Highly recommend!
