So all-in-all I do agree that these shop is a rip off. We had our car fixed by EZ Shop on Pinhook and they charged exactly $432 for complete fuel pump assembly installation with parts.

Ripped me off I drove there fine then they said my calipers were froze up and they need to be be changed. They kept saying stuff that needed to fixed so $700 later I left. I could understand all that if I had issues driving from Texas to Lafayette but no issues

I brought a Toyota 4runner for an exhaust leak, they replaced the exhaust (donut) gasket. It still leaked, I was told by them to go to Toyota the next day and buy a factory replacement due to aftermarket parts not always "fitting properly". I purchased the part and went back, they installed it and I still had a leak. The owner told me that was all they could do and that I wasnt getting a refund. His attitude was terrible, he charged me $120 for the original part and labor, then I had to buy another from toyota for $20 that I couldn't return because it was now used. Once I got home I found the issue. An exhaust manifold bolt wouldn't tighten because the threads in the head were stripped. They knew about it and chose to leave it that way instead of informing me. I knew something was up when the tech called the owner into the back to show him. Will never do business with them again, the owner assumes that all customers are morons and don't have basic knowledge of auto mechanics. Hopefully it's under new management now. Avoid this place.

I went into the shop for a fuel unit not responding to the gauge. I was asked to wait for 20 minutes to get the estimate and then after 45 minutes I was told that the total estimate for the job would be close to $900. They said that the whole fuel pump will have to be changed because of the model of the vehicle which verified when they talk to other manufacturer that these model have the fuel pump attached to the fuel sending unit. Because of the price I had to get approval from my managers but my diagnostic fees were charged at $89 plus tax plus some other kind of shop fee and total I paid $104.77 for this 45 minutes that I waited up there for them to tell me that I have to change the fuel pump. When I researched about what will it cost me to replace the fuel pump in my car the replacement part itself was $298 and the labor was at $175.

Called over phone to get flo masters installed started giving truck info and was told to come in only to find out they can't do what I needed waste of time

Great service, quality technicians
