The customer service truly exceeded my expectations! ALL of the workers were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and trustworthy! ALL of my questions were answered without hesitation and with a genuine care for my concerns. The work was done quickly yet efficiently. They truly understand the concept "Do onto others as you would have done unto you" and treat others vehicles as though it was their own. I left knowing that the job was done properly and nothing was sacrificed due to a time limit! This was our first time using Express Oil Change, also the first time leaving a place like this knowing your vehicle was treated properly, work done correctly and all your parts are put back in/on properly!! A very rare thing these days!
This company did not fill my oil to the appropriate level, and they broke my undercarriage brush guard, which I now have to pay to fix. While watching them change the oil, the tech did not even check the dipstick before giving the car back. I am not satisfied, and I will never bring my car back to this place. They did poor work that I now have to repair.

I've been using this place for several years. Employees always friendly and helpful. Today was customer appreciation day (I didn't know) and I got a free lunch and lots of coupons in addition to courteous and fast service.
