Several months ago, I replaced the tires on my Honda Accord at Chabill's and the service was fantastic . . . but what really got me was that today, as I'm preparing to leave for a 6-hour drive, I realize my air pressure is low. Concerned that I have an issue, I stopped by the Verot location. In less than 5 minutes, they'd checked out all of my tires, aired them back up and had me on the road . . . at no charge. Thank you, guys, for the kindness on top of the service!
Very nice and professional staff! They take the time to explain things in details. I never felt like they tried to take advantage of me as they do in so many other places. I would definitely recommend this place for any auto care!
This was my first time patronizing any Chabill's store. I figured I would go in, have an oil change and be out. I was very impressed with the courtesy inspection of my vehicle's under carriage and the cost of repair estimates. Having bought my used vehicle only five months prior, I hadn't even thought to have this area inspected before my purchase. (Estimates were for normal wear and tear and not for immediate necessary servicing). Thanks, Chabill's! You'll be seeing me again!
Love the guys here!! Seriously, they are so kind and helpful and honest! As a girl, who doesn’t know much about anything car related, I have never felt like they try to rip me off! Today I walked in for an oil change and I hadn’t been there for over 1yr, and the guy in front was like “you’ve been here before yes?!”.. I mean you don’t get there anywhere! I told them I’m driving back and forth from Austin,TX a lot and they were sure to check all my tires and fluids and just gave me a heads up on what I’ll need to have checked in the future! Thank you guys so so much!! I’ll always be customer, even living in Austin!
