I couldn't remember where I put the ticket for my husbands dress work shirts, I walked in and the person working the counter just entered my name in the computer and found his shirts right away.
Staff was friendly enough, albeit a slight hiccup in payment. If you don't pay up front, you'll avoid the problem.

Horrible service! Very rude owner! When I went to pick up my clothes for the first time I was told my pants had bled over a load of clothes and they were putting chemicals on my pants to fix them mind you they never asked my permission to do so. Then to cap it off when I went back I was over charged and the owner told me she would not pay for my damage jeans or give me a discount! Not to mention their prices are ridiculously high! I would never spend another dime with them!
My suit jacket and 2 pants returned the next day clean and of the same color. Nothing of note. That's usually good when dealing with dry cleaners.
Got 3 pieces cleaned for ~$17.
