Always greeted with a smile! They know me by my name and I have never had a problem. Great service and I have always been satisfied with my clothes!
I have ever been so disappointed in service. This place is not worth bringing your clothes here, no matter how reasonable the prices are. Not only did Premier return my dress to me with a huge stain on it. They were very dishonest and hidden my dress among the other clothes. If you still decide to use this cleaners, I would definitely take a before picture.
I took my clothes to the Premier Cleaners location on James Comeaux Road. They had spots on them, which I showed to the person taking in my laundry.....I asked if they needed to mark the spots, they say "no" they would catch them when they did the laundry. I returned to pickup my clothes and the spots were still there. I asked about the spots and they said they would redo the clothes after pressing the spots into the clothes....went back to pick them up and the spots were still there and the "owner" came out, I showed him the clothes and he said quote " We have been ruining clothes for 11 years" and I do not give refunds on my services.
My slacks were returned to me with the same large stains on them. When I spoke to them about it, they wanted to charge me an additional $1 to try another cleaning solution. Really? I already PAID you to clean them. And why wasn't every solution used to get the stain out & if that didn't get the stain out...offer to refund my money. When I told him I'd give him his dollar but I wanted a receipt, he got angry & told me to leave. Guess he needed the dollar more than a happy customer. Now I'm out my money that I paid to have the slacks cleaned & still have large stains on the pants. Don't recommend them. Take your clothes elsewhere.
