I specifically mentioned wanting no pilling on my sweaters that were dropped off to be dry cleaned; I got them back full of pills, which I noticed when I went to hang them in my closet. That's why I took them to get dry cleaned, so they could be smooth and ready to wear. Very disappointing.
The store damaged my clothes trying to remove a spot and instead of offering in store credit they told me I should have never brought my dress shirts in.
I worked for the company, in fact Corporate has had multiple complaints about Drew, his inappropriate sexual remarks about children and children's clothing from customers and former employees but, refuses to recognize any of them.
Used Comet Cleaners for over a year. No problems, high priced. Hubby brought a set of items and asked if they can get a stain out of a shirt. When he picked up the order no comments made on the stained shirt. ASSUMED it was in the order. When he asked about the shirt when dropping off the following week, he was told they do not loose items. A simple apology would have kept our business. Wishing them luck with the business and the attitude!
