All the ladies and gents at Lee Michaels were so helpful, especially Katarina! I dropped off my engagement ring to be sized on a Saturday and I had it back by tuesday! So fast and the work done was incredible! And so reasonably priced as well. My fiancé was eyeing some wedding bands in there as well, so we'll definitely be back ;) thanks, y'all!
Last minute I needed a gift I walked in and talked to Ms. Claudia she greeted me and asked me questions. I told her my price range and she showed me numerous things in my budget. Well I wanted to shop around I went to every jewelry store in the mall and Jared's jewelry store. I was disgusted on how I was treated. Being Christmas eve I bearly got any service and a few people actually laughed at me when I told them my price range. I went back to Lee's Jewerly and will not go anywhere else again. The service was by far the best and they made me feel important even with my budget. I will only recommend this place as their service and selection was outstanding. Thank you guys so much!
Had a wonderful time at the ladies night event! I loved visiting with friends in such a bright and shiny venue! The lovely staff at Lee Michaels also cleaned all my jewelry so I could sparkle and shine myself! I was impressed by the kindness of all the staff and the impressive inventory! Thank you! Now if I can get my husband in to see what all I picked out!
Went in to inquire about servicing an Omega watch. Staff is very friendly and the lady helping me (Ms Kim Henry) was more than happy to show me a couple of Rolex and Tag watches I was interested in purchasing later on. Being treated well is something many retailers fail at. Lee Michaels is not one of them. I'll be back for sure. Thanks.
Although this store is part of a chain, you'd never know it. From the moment you walk through the door you experience that "family" owned business atmosphere! All workers greet you with a smile & are so helpful. I was waiting for the sales associate I always use and another associate helped me until she was free, even though they work on commission. Great store, with wide range of prices & merchandise, and excellent employees!
