after recieving horrible service at another store my fiancee and myself came in looking for wedding bands. a plain platinum band for myself and a custom band for my soon to be wife. their prices were better than anywhere else we looked and they were more than willing to help with the diamond wedding band. her band had to be custom fit to the engagement ring and the jewelers found some great stones and put everyting together at a great price.
Got my lady a very nice pair of custom earrings for a fair price.

Any time I've needed cleanings or minor jewelry repairs done, they've been able to do it on the spot, as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone who works there is super helpful and will really go out of their way to help you find what you want. They have a lovely selection of jewelry in-store, and something to fit every price range. It's also a very low-pressure jewelry-buying experience, which is nice, and no one is pushy!
also they turn over interesting invintory often. every time ive been in i have needed to resist walking out with more jewelry.
