I loved Jared's..6 months ago. Now? I didn't like the new attitude: "how much are you planning to spend". It's more than the monitory value; it's the heart value too. May be my last visit to this store. Devin, you were too good.
I bought a wedding set and I put my diamond in the new setting. I didn't even have the ring on my finger more than 6 days and i lost the diamond. They told they would match it but once I got it back (4 months) later the setting was wrong and the diamond was smaller than the one I had in my original ring i had.
They told me they were running a credit check and then used my information to open a credit card without my permission. Now I have to keep it since it will hurt my credit to close the account. Extremely shady and underhanded tactic, and you can see from other reviewers that this isn't just a misunderstanding; this is how they choose to do business here.
I have been coming back here from time to time for their watches. If you are lucky, you might even find items on sale. Excellent job everyone.
I have received better service at Golden Corral. I will NEVER walk into this store again or recommend it to anyone. I walked in and waited for 25mins standing up while 2 world were talking in the corner one was playing on her phone behind a register. Finally TJ makes eye contact with me and I tell her I am in need of a last min Christmas gift and I habe $200 to spend. She laughed in my face and said she might not be able to help me. She walked in circles and then pushed me off on another worker who was with a customer. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And the commercials are a lie.
I ended up buying online through James Allen anyway, and got a much better GIA diamond for a much better price than what they showed me at Jared.
