After my washer went out we applied online to conns, Mr Gary called me within minutes of us apply. He was extremely helpful. We went in the next day and bought a new washer and dryer, it was delivered the next day. The deliver guys were very professional as well. They took our old washer and dryers replaced the new and made sure everything worked before leaving.
Junk! Junk! Junk! Bought washer and dryer 10 mth ago. Neither worked from the start. Service was so horrible I returned the washer. I agreed to keep the dryer if they fixed it. Here we are 10 moths later and still not repaired! I ve since then bought another dryer also. Waiting on them to pick up this ctap. I've put signs on them Don't be coined by Conn s . Buy elsewhere and put on our Facebook it is now at the highway giving Conn s free advertising.
The salesman, Clayton, was Awesome! He checked on everything we asked, took his time and treated us like "real people" and not just dollar signs! The store is clean, has Electronics and Appliances and mattresses...all at fair prices...you must check here first!
Please read every document very carefully and do not buy anything unless you want to pay 7 times what each item is worth. They will find every way possible to keep you paying on an item forever. Please beware and explore all other options before buying. I will never buy anything again they will call you repeatedly even thought you pay on time every month. They will call all of your references as if you have been kidnapped the first time you at work and don't answer there call. What they won't do is call you and let u know when those 90 days or close to being up before they charge you 7 times over the valued price of the product. This is the worst rental place in Louisiana. All buyers beware!!!!!
