We purchased a loveseat which had to be ordered because they did not have what we wanted in their inventory. We ordered a stock color and were never told that it would be considered a custom order, nor were we advised about their return policy. (it is printed on the back of the purchase agreement----how many people turn over the purchase agreement ?) Anyway, we are not pleased with our loveseat, and they have refused to do anything about it. Basically it's "tough ____" We will NEVER shop there again! Buyers beware!!!!!
a few years back we spent several weeks working with Galeries Acadiana, they allowed us to take fabric samples home to compare to our furnishings. We sat in lots of chairs and found seating that is comfortable to us. And then ordered a full length sofa,a love seat, two glider, swiveling chairs, and a leather recliner. We put the necessary labor and thinking into our choices, and paid a reasonable price. We are very happy with Galeries Acadiana. you do get what you pay for, and furnishing a home takes time and effort.
