The hotel itself is very nice. The room is clean, large and has upscale fixtures and furnishings. It has great amenities included such as a nice pool and gym. The courtyard is esthetically pleasing. I was disappointed to learn on arrival that the hotel did not have cribs available for babies and offered to send up blankets for my 1 year old to sleep on the floor with. This should be a standard especially for ab upscale hotel.
Advertises that it is a luxury hotel with spa bathrooms. It is a third rate hotel with cheap furniture, ill fitting sheets, and tiny bathrooms. Our room was not vacuumed for the first five days we were there. Requests for fresh bed linens (hoping new ones would not would not bunch up during the night) went ignored from Friday morning to Monday. Leaving an empty tissue box was ignored until a written request for a replacement was made. There is no business center, the front desk is hard to find and is only manned from 7AM - 11PM. The website is extremely misleading. The courtyard is pretty - the rest is dismal!!

Nice area, but they have very poor signage leading to the check-in area. Then the front desk girl was clueless about dinning still open at 9PM. The parking garage numbering is overly complicated to say the least. And the WiFi only works if you're close to the hallway. The maids must not have looked around much because we found old opened energy drinks in the kitchen cabinets. Ugh, lastly, and a deal breaker for me was the shower heads. They spray all over the place except for where you'd like. What a waste of time, sleep and money! Go to a reputable Hilton, Marriott or Sheraton.
Hotel has great accomodations and is close to shops and restaurants.
