Well..... not good. I stayed at this location 5 nights. All looked good upon arrival. 2nd day I ran into housekeeping and told her we just needed fresh towels that day. She gave us fresh towels but left the dirty ones. 3rd day I assumed some housekeeping but no, nothing. I had to hunt down my own towels. 4th day came and that evening nothing still. I called the front desk to complain. They did send housekeeping up and she did her thing. I checked out on the 6th day and through all that only had 1 visit to do some kind of cleaning. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of Steve. He was a kind and friendly person. He deserves his own yelp review with 5 stars.
Spacious rooms, awesome staff and standard hotel breakfast. Location is not near the interstate, but still highly recommend if traveling with family (and dog).

This Residence by Marriott is very quiet, and Clean. My stay here was only for one week, but I extended my stay for two more weeks just because the front office treated me so nice, and polite. Housekeeping did an awesome job keeping my room clean so I would always tip my housekeepers $10 because they deserve it. Always tip your housekeeper that shows appreciation, and class! My favorite of all my breakfast Cooks those ladies are always smiling making sure everybody is happy. I look forward to a good night's sleep, and waking up at 7am in the morning coming to see those ladies smile for breakfast!!! ("Goood Morning Ladies")
Very nice staff. Clean modern rooms and communal areas. Convenience items are available for purchase in the lobby. Meals are offered throughout the week. The place looks nice and is a step above other hotels. Entrances are key card accessible after hours.
Spent a week in Layfayette staying here. Courtesy shuttle was a major convenience that made our extended stay extra enjoyable. The gym and pool were also used daily. The breakfast was good, but nothing much out of the ordinary. The two room suite gave all of us plenty of space while being able to stay in close proximity.
