Very nice and VERY clean rooms. The fitness center is well equipped with machines. Most everything was perfect except the breakfast. One of the waffle irons didn't work, their sausage was burnt, the scrambled eggs were runny/watery, the coffee tasted like the machines had never been cleaned, and the milk I grabbed was sour. They need to get their breakfast up to par with their rooms.
In short, I expected more. The front staff was polite, but finding trash under my sofa in the room and a somewhat weird breakfast, I just thought it would've been a bit better. (Some of the breakfast items were not ready and we had to wait on eggs, no bananas were put out, and staff was constantly chewing breakfast in front of guests. I would understand they need to eat, but not in front of the public while working). We had to evacuate our home during a recent flood, but I appreciated the comfy beds. I rested well, and we left a day earlier than expected.
Beautiful brand new looking hotel, the staff were beyond helpful, the person who helped me check in (I forgot her name) was so nice and accommodating, Maaika at the front desk was amazing with our baby daughter, she played with her and gave her toys. I love the layout of the rooms, there is a separation between the bed area and living area that gives it an apt feel. Everything was so clean and the place had a modern fresh feel to it. Would love to stay again!
The hotel was beautiful and felt very classy. I would definitely stay here again!
The location was great, very near the wedding venue that was the reason for our visit. Rooms were clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and had good water pressure. The staff was friendly.
