The prices were high but we got a less expensive mattress that is similar to the one we wanted. They really work with you.
Amazing place with very knowledgeable sales people. Not at all pushy, just the opposite. They work to get you a mattress that you want and in your price range. Definitely recommend this store and Dawn as your sales lady.
I went in an got my mattress from Dawn! The sale price was fantastic! I have back problems and have always had problems with finding the perfect bed. But she found me a perfect match for my needs! I will definitely be going back to her for any future bed needs. I also got a pillow for her. And love it. Back hasn't hurt a single day yet. Everyone should go see her !
They did great on the sales part, everything after was very poor. I even talked with 2 different people at mattress firm (one local, one corporate) and none of the issues have been addressed 4 weeks after purchase. They did not pickup my old mattress as agreed, and did not address the fact the bed platform purchased does not clear furniture bed frame we have. Next time I will save the money and purchase online. I don't mind paying for service, but in this case I did not receive the service at the level I paid for.
It was fine. They're kinda pushy, but remember they get a commission, not hourly pay. The day I went the finance program was broken.
