I didnt get to be presiden circle customer with hertz just because, Hertz have by far the best customer service and frequent customer program out there, they always up grade me and make the pick up and drop off process seamless.

I was greeted with "Good morning" and a smile at the service desk. Check in only took 5-10mins and I was offered an upgrade at a reasonable price. Desk attendants were courteous and professional.
