I had Dr. Truman Hawes as my physician. He was an absolutely amazing doctor. If I still lived in the Lafayette, La area I would still be seeing him. My problem with this office is the billing department. They have no idea what they are doing . I received lab work in office that was sent to lab corp. The office did not put in my insurance information properly nor did they update my address as what I wrote on the forms. Lab Corp consistently sent bills to an address that I do not live at and now I'm fighting to keep this bill from going to the credit bureau based on a mistake the billing department made.
Love my OB and haven't had a bad experience with this office. Don't really know where all the bad reviews are coming from but I'm glad I didn't listen to the internet and went ahead with Dr Herrington, she's really great as well as her nurses.
HIGHLY recommend Dr. Fuselier, his Nurse Practitioner, Ericka Broussard, as well as their nurses (especially Kim & Rachel) and office staff! Couldn’t ask for a better team of medical professionals.
