I will now have to get them soaked off because my nails are lumpy. This place sucks and so does management.
Do not go here bad service
First off, this place does not do dip nails, but they will say they do when you request it. I went here on a Sunday and got an overlay with colored powder (Which they still charged me $40 dip price for). I had to come back Tuesday, because two nails fell off, Kevin redid my entire nails, he ripped all the remaining nails off, my fingers were burning as he applied the new overlay. He didn't care, he dug his tool so far into one of my nails I started bleeding. I left with a new set, I had to come back again on Wednesday because another nail fell off!! I just asked for my money back (but of course now, he speaks no English) he fixes the nail and I leave again. I flew out of the country the next day, and before we landed another nail had broken and fallen off. Terribly poor quality service here. I will never give them my money again!!
this place does not even deserve a star ! i went in there happy and left undatisfied ! all i asked is if they could make my nail even and she would not, service is HORRIBLE , next time i WILL NOT HOLD MY TONGUE ! they will feel my wrath because i spend 30 dollars in there and i did not finish my naols either bevause ifyou are going to do my nails DO THEM RIGHT ! im done ... not woth my money .. no nail shop getting paid before they finish my nails .. pointblank ..
Beware of "specials" and hidden charges. Very dishonest and deceiving. Never again.
If I could do 0 stars I would. Worst nail shop I've ever been to. I will never in life come here again. I was desperate because it was a Sunday and I will be traveling this week
