You need more professional employees. They tend to get into conversations with their coworkers, and don't pay attention to their surroundings (like people waiting in line to check out)
Ordering online is useless! Although placing an order takes a credit card, when you get to the store to pick up you have to wait in the longgg line only to find out your card wasn’t charged. Terrible system! Better to order from another online shop. The ONLY saving grace was the pleasant and helpful attitude of the staff.
I think I experienced the worst customer service of my life in this store. Three employees were standing behind the register and completely ignored me for a good 5 minutes as I waited in line, if you could call it a line seeing as I was the only customer. I finally walked up to a register where they continued to ignore me. I know they saw me and my family there, they were just carrying on a conversation. One girl went to answer the phone and then the other two employees (one gave me an unmistakable eye roll) directed me to the register where the employee was on the phone, so I left. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because they have a wide variety of party supplies, but if you can't stand bad customer service, you could always visit a dollar store and get products that are just as cheaply made for a better price.
They have everythong for your costume needs!
