Awesome place for crafts supplied and fabrics
While the employees may not know my name, they recognize me and greet me with a smile. Even if they don't care about connecting over sewing/quilting... They fake it well enough to make me feel welcome!
Has everything I need for my projects at a very low price and great coupons and people are nice
Reasonable pricing. Great selection of everything crafty. Lol
Lots to choose from but the customer service dept has lots to be desired. Also the company is more worried about the almighty $ than Customer Service. If you open a package, even after just paying for it, it is NOT returnable. Some things you cannot tell if it is the "right product". I called corporate and complained. The 1st question I was asked, " How are we supposed to resell it!??" I then went on explaining how retail works and about their losses. I told her had there been another store with my product and customer service, I would have paid the higher price. Thank You Jesus, it was what I needed.
Always a pleasant experience, especially when most cashiers help navigate the best coupon procedures.
