Literally the only place I go to buy gaming merchandise. Jan, Sam, Casey, and the crew are the best in town. They blow the other locations out of the water.
Worse customer service experience. I bought a new Xbox 1 console and they talked me into buying the warranty. Having problems with a stick on one of the controllers and there is nothing they can do for me i have to buy a new controller. Would not even pull my name up in the system and was rude about the whole experience. Some rude immature kids work in this place.
