rude and dirty
I stopped into this store a few weeks back to switch my phone over from Project Fi to AT&T. I was lucky, only one person in the store and no one waiting so I had immediate help. The young man working there had never actually ported a Project Fi number over but worked through it and was very good at his job. We also had some great general conversation as he did his work and it was a good customer service experience!!
A very helpful staff who truly care about you while you're there. These are company employees, and anyone saying they were rude more than likely entered with some sort of intent to start an issue if their exact desires are not met.
One team member at the store, at 5pm on a Friday. Scheduling matters for customer service.
