Very rude! A completely unpleasant experience!
Went here for my daughters first homecoming dress. The service was PHENOMENAL and even though we looked in other places, we came back here to purchase the first dress she put on.
I don't know why all of the reviews are so bad on here. I love this place and the people there! They go above and beyond to help you! Literally got my cell phone number to text or call me when they got more prom dresses in AND showed me every single one that was coming in!
The selection is limited and the sales associates are skilled at talking you into buying something that looks awful on you. The customer service is awful, the manager Aileen is rude and condescending. I will not be shopping with them again, nor do i recommend anyone else do so.
DON'T SHOP HERE. I will NOT step foot in this place again. Sales people are rude and snobby. Don't think about going if you like to plan and take care of things in advance. I had two sales staff actually laugh and roll their eyes when I told them my daughter's wedding was many months away but I wanted to start looking to see if I saw something I liked. One of them smirked and said they are helping people who need something in two and three months, so I should wait. I walked out. I will go out of state before giving these snobs any of my money!
