SHOP AT - TARGET, DILLARDS, MACY'S, PENNEYS, AMAZON, & KOHLS INSTEAD!! STAY AWAY. COAT WAS TAGGED "MED", BUT I KNOW ITS A "LARGE". CUSTOMER SERVICE "DOES NOT" CARE ABOUT YOUR SATISFACTION WHATSOEVER. ALSO STORE HAD 1 EMPLOYEE WITH A LONG LINE & NEVER CALLED ANYONE ELSE TO HELP
Lines entirely too long and staff definitely not friendly...I see why I never go there

Prices are pretty good. Store was a mess with things strewn all over the floors. We went Dec. 10 at 9:00 p.m. so it was end of day. Big store on Ambassador Caffery. I will return and make future purchases. Employees were nice and helpful.
I don't think anyone works here. The store is a trashed! Clothes scattered like 15 year old closet. Broken merchandise just left for customers to sort through. Waiting in long is exhausting. Watched a manager walk in from what I assumed was her lunch break and just happy sat down in her office while the line grew. Get off you rear and help out! I can just shop online.
