I come here all the time and the staff seems like they actually know what they are talking about. I also love how personable and hands on they are, for around the store you see pictures of workers who have owned the animals you need and know what they are talking about. Come here all the time.
This is the Petco that we go to to buy our dog his food. We were having problems with my sisters dog marking in my house and our dog would go behind him and mark over it. I went to Petco to look for a product to help get rid of the smell that would detour the dogs from marking in the house. I picked up one spray bottle to read its label and someone had opened it so it spilled all over my hands. On the label it said gloves must be worn when using. There was not a sales person to be found. I had to go to the back and finally found someone. I told her what had happened and she apologized and I went to the bathroom to scrub my hands. Finding a sales person has in this Petco has always been a problem.
Nice store. Clean, easy to get to and friendly staff.
We were not allowed to adopt the guniea pig because the girl said we had to have 2. Before she showed us the pet she should have told us this. Broke my daughters heart. Not the first time we have a bad experience at this store
