In town for business and saw the amazing reviews and decided to treat myself with a facial and massage. Ended up buying a massage package!! Really professional staff and got me in the same day I called!!! Would highly recommend!!
I am not one of those people who look to get something for free but when you quote someone a certain price and you pay for it right then and there, you don't charge them more than you quoted them without notifying them before the service.
Aside from that, the massage was up to par, the facial was not.
Called the day before my service to add on to a gift card i had previously purchased, i was quoted $50_ so i paid for it over the phone so i wouldn't have to worry about it after my appt. Instead of being charged the $50 i was quoted, i was charged the $120 for a brand new package, on top of what we already paid. I understand if i could not add on to a package but i was told over the phone that it could be done and would be only $50, i then paid for that over the phone and 4 days after the service i was charged the $120. When i called they already knew the situation before i gave my name. Very sketchy. I feel fooled. No call back.
I love how Monica and Kay are always so accommodating and friendly. The massages and other services are top notch - this is my go-to place to decompress!
