Rented here for 2 years. Worst decision of my life was to renew for another year! The MANAGEMENT here is terrible. If you want things to break in your apartment and not get it fixed until 2months later you've found the right place! They treat their residents like dogs. Like you aren't worth enough to speak to them. Gave us our renewal letter 20 days before we move out and we did not want to renew, now they are making us pay over 60 extra days because they were to lazy to pass out the renewal letters on time! We gave them referrals for people to move here also and we still get treated horribly.. DO NOT RENT HERE !
I have lived here for awhile and have had no problems, until recently. I can not believe when I raised a very big concern to management they made it seem like it was my fault. What a great way to keep your tenants happy...not.

Absolute worst apartment complex to lease. Very unprofessional, manager very rarely on site, unable to walk through the apartment until you sign the lease and pay deposit. Then you walk into a crappy "upgraded" apartment that has not been upgraded in 10 years when I lived there with my son. I would just as soon live in Jackson Square than this dump. Also, lots of theft....and non residents walking the complex.
