I love it it's help me a lot in Lafayette.
The apartments itself are nice but the neighborhood is loud at any time of the day.
I have lived here for three years. It is affordable and in a good area. Their is a park right behind the complex you can walk to. Also I have read the other posts. They have an officer who comes here often just for security. The officers are friendly. Due to this I feel very safe here. I haven't had any issues with loud neighbors. One person was an annoyance when I first moved in and he no longer lives here. The property is well maintained and upto date. It's also a short walk or drive to an organic market, massage therapy, restaurants and other shopping, after hours medical clinic, dentist and other businesses in River Ranch.
Rent is too high for the apartment we live in. They raised the rent by over a hundred dollars when we signed our new lease. The staff in the office are sheisty. Not worth the money they charge to live there, unless you get section 8.
