I called for hitch and installation. I needed quite a bit of hardware to pull a new camper. They left me on hold for 20 min. And then hung up. Incidentally, losing $1000 of business from me. Good job uhaul. You're only good for trucks and now I'll go somewhere else for that too. Haaaaahaaa
Too expensive for an in town move. Find another moving company.
Rented a truck and once we got started we realized we needed a larger truck. They swapped out the truck to a larger model, and we had no issue adding two additional days to the rental. The first truck was almost brand new, and the larger second truck was older but in good shape and had no issues. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone needing a truck.
