They are trying to charge me $51 for coverage beyond my expiration date. Karen Stidham is extremely RUDE. She could not explain any questions I had. Instead, she said she didn't have time for me. When I got frustrated by her saying this, I asked my question again, only for her to say "have a nice day" and hang up on me. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. They are dishonest, misleading, and will try to do anything they can to get money from you. Don't let the same trouble that happened to me happen to you!
