Awesome value for the price. $10/month with all the cardio and weights you need. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bryce the manager is a great guy. But I still can't lose weight.
This place is every quick to take your money and refusing to stop. My x-boyfriend got me a membership that he paid for. When we broke up, I moved out of the state. They are refusing to cancel the account for him, even though he is the one that has always paid for it. When I called them the staff at this location refused to cancel the account unless I was standing in front of them or expressed mailed them an official letter stating I wanted to cancel. Either had to be done before they would stop charging my x. I can't comprehend why company would allow you to sign up online, but refuse to let you cancel over the phone. I will NOT drive 14 hours to stand in front of your very rude staff to prove I no long live in the state and to stop TAKING money. They may preach no judgement, but clearly greed is okay for them.
Nice location , terrible showers in men area no dressing rooms , wet floors , bags on floor while men shower and change , only 2 planet fitness in 5 states that I visit with no change room , lafayette ambassador and baton Rouge ,florida Blvd , very unclean and no privacy with your clothes , bag , and to dry off ,,, really sad louisiana can't be on same level as other planet fitness ,,, the gym is very nice and located in rich upon part of lafayette ,,, no excuse for 3rd class shower area
Yes if you go between the hours of 4pm and 7pm then it's busy. But the other 21 hours of the day is never a problem; to get in, do your routine, and get out without fighting over equipment. Very affordable and convenient.
