IMO, they did an AMAZING job. The arrangement is beautiful; they were very kind and accommodating, it was delivered on time and better yet my wife is happy :). All for a total of $65 delivered.
I spoke with someone at the flower shop the day before I wanted them to be delivered. I wanted to send a thoughtful gift of flowers to my wife who wasn't able to come on a vacation with me. I was in Mexico at the time of my call and didn't have a lot of time to talk. She quickly took my information as quickly as I could give it, then asked what arrangement I wanted. I wasn't sure and so requested to have them determine the arrangement that would speak and say, "I miss you, love you and will see you soon."

I had a minor issue with my online order, so I called Spedale's for help. The owner, Mr Thomas Spedale, answered the phone & helped me immediately. He took the time to trouble shoot, take my order & explain that he is testing a new software system that adds a big layer of security when it comes to credit cards. The arrangement that I ordered was delivered the very next day, they even asked the recipient if she wanted her flowers delivered to her office instead & they accommodated. The arrangement was beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend Mr Spedale & his shop!

Holly did a great job asking questions about the type of flowers my wife likes, made suggestions of what to include, etc. My wife was very happy with the flower arrangement she created, highly recommend her and Spedale's.
