Waited 45 minutes in an empty lobby before i was told they couldnt do my test today because of Friday hours. Not upset with the hours part but it seriously took 45 minutes for them to tell me that...
Very slow, nurses are rude/snobby, spent almost 2 and a half hours just for them to tell me what I could have figured out myself. Rushed ahead for a xray that cost a whole lot of money I don't have which I could get done 4 times cheaper elsewhere only for them to say nothing is wrong, just take this medicine. The Walk in Clinic up the road is more helpful.
Horrible experience. I brought my mother here with what ended up being a terrible kidney infection. Dr. Ancelet did not greet or examine her at all. He had his backed turned and was typing on a laptop for 20 minutes in silence. Finally he ran labs and prescibed antibiotics and pain meds electronically. Went to the pharmacy and the prescriptions were never sent! This was after closing on a Friday, so she had to wait until Monday to get her medicine.
Most of my experiences with them have been positive and professional. Much better than the large corporations
