I've rented textbooks from here quite a few times. Usually their prices are a little cheaper compared to the university bookstore for the books that can't be rented. The price to rent textbooks is ridiculous, unless you can find it online and it is a book not specific to the university. For the past few semesters most of the textbooks I've needed are in binders, so I have to purchase them. There are always a ton of people in line at the beginning and end of the semester (to be expected) but they have a bunch of staff. Today, when I arrived to drop off my textbook, there were about 30 people in front of me. I waited maybe 10 minutes, not long at all! I've never had any problems with them. They also let you return books if you drop a class, among a couple other things, which is nice.
This place is hoppin, they have all the books you need.
I've rented a few books from here. They are decently priced, but now I find it cheaper to rent from Amazon or Barnes and Noble.
I don't understand why businesses that refuse to have good customer service choose to be in business. And they're a rip off don't order here
Get your books half off the price brand new, just return them at the end of the semester. It is quick and easy. They even have a drive though service on the busiest days just check the calendar for hours.
