Excellent customer service and friendly staff. They know what they’re doing and provide quick service.

I purchased my bicycle here and have really enjoyed it. I had picked out 3 different models but couldn't really decide which one was the best fit for me. Rob helped me think everything through, and when I left, I was comfortable with my decision and love the bike. Very professional, patient, and informative.

This was an exceptionally bad experience, and an equally impressive level of indifference to the major inconvenience that their failure created for me.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. This was my third time going there. I was impressed.

I drop my bike off on a Monday to get a new tire frame. I get a call 10 days later (!) that my bike is ready. I go to the shop. Robert notices that the wheel isn't set properly. He tries as I wait to get it to seat properly, he is the 'expert' after all. He doesn't succeed, and then tells me it won't make a difference when I ride.

5 stars!

They take great care of their customers. Friendly and knowledgable people with a nice shop full of lots of quality bikes and equipment.

I was recommended to ABC by many friends and I listened to their advice. Glad I did! They didn't have the bike I wanted so they got it in only 2 days later and now I have a bike shop quality set of wheels.

I go ride it again, and it does indeed make a difference, feels like I am riding on a bunch of small speed-bumps.

I explain that it is hard for me to arrange transportation to get the bike there, and could they please, come by and fix it or pick it up. I felt that since I had paid them $100 two weeks prior for a tuneup, then another $70 for the new tire frame, thus two separate trips to and from the shop, it seems reasonable to me that I not be the one inconvenienced by their failure to fix it as I had paid them to do. I have never had the experience of taking my bike home from a bike repair to discover that it wasn't repaired adequately. In this case, I take my bike there twice, and it still doesn't ride correctly. We are talking about a new tire frame and seating the tire on it, not exactly high on the bike repair complexity scale.

Robert tells me that I will have to pay for a pickup fee and/or a service charge if I can't bring the bike in myself (for the third time). I remind him it was his mistake. He says everyone makes mistakes. I tell him that those in business have an obligation to make it right when their mistakes cost other people. He tells me that if I bring it in, he won't charge me to do what he already charged me for. wow. I have had better service at the DMV. He kept telling me how inconvenient it would be for him to make a house call, "what, am I supposed to do it with my personal time?" I tell him that he is asking me to spend my personal time to take the bike to him, even while he admits it was his fault that the need arose. Deaf ears. No service ethic whatsoever. Finding another shop.
