I've been to Sky Zones in 3 separate states but none of them felt like the Lafayette location.The staff feels like they could be a legitimate family. They joke around and seem happy to come to work every day. They are also so friendly to the customers! They take time to actually get to know the kids and talk to them. It's a very fun and fast paced place but it runs very smoothly. It's also a very enjoyable place to be, no matter how chaotic it seems to be from time to time. I love Sky Zone Lafayette!
Took my 1 year old here and paid for a couple hours. I was told I'm not allowed to sit by her, I can't let here play in the foam pit, and I can't help her jump. It seemed as though they care more about there rules than the safety of the children and them having fun.
Online promotions are not written well. You think you are getting a good deal but, then it's not honored. Otherwise, the employees are nice and facilities are well kept.
Kids love it, Best to watch the website for specials to get in there a little cheaper!
Kids had fun as I watched. Next time I may participate. There are a lot more activities than when they first opened
